One (bad) Day in Egypt

One our way to Ghana, we had a 13 hour layover in Cairo, Egypt. So what does one do in such a situation? See the pyramids of course!
The day start out okay, but then progressively got worse as we realized that we had be had by a few very crafty salesmen.
